A couple good blogs:
- https://overreacted.io/ - Dan Abramov - Easy to follow deep dives of react internals, posts about general UI engineering, & posts about handling dev relations and feedback.
- https://dev.to/ - Mostly more beginner/intermediate level stuff, but this seems to be where most of medium tech crowd moved to when medium got crappy. Super slick site though.

So, not developer specific, but one I've found useful is LinkedIn Learning / Linda.com - they have awesome videos across tons of topics. Personally I've found them super useful for getting up to speed on an application I haven't used before (Visio, Jira, etc) and for getting the basics of a field or methodology that's not my focus. It is charged for, but you can get a 7 day trial - which is often enough to get up to speed on a specific subject.

https://www.tutorialspoint.com/ - great intro tutorials on many, many tech things.... programming languages, front end things, OSs, etc. A great site for reference too.
