The Customer Advisory Board Category is Being Archived
The CAB category was used to collect ideas from customers which was great. Since we did that we adopted a more full featured tool called Product Board. We are also planning on launching a customer facing ideation category in our new customer success community.
For these reason I think it's time to close down the CAB category so that I don't have too much information flowing in from too many places. This doesn't mean that I no longer want to track ideas. It just means the process is different. When you or one of your customers has an idea, feature request, use-case, or story you just need to either:
- Email product@vanillaforums.com.
- Go directly to Product Board and interact there.
Be sure to include the name of your customer if applicable.
Anyone that doesn't have an account on Product Board can email me and I'll send an invite.
