Nokia | Retrieving points per user - what are their options?
Nokia says:
We are planning to export community activity points to user profile in our CRM but noticed that there are no direct API for points data. What kind of options would we have to do this?
Best option for us would be a web hook to export any changes in Vanilla points. Or secondary option daily batch export, preferably no individual user queries.
The goal for exporting points to CRM is to enable using points as currency in e-comm and to segment customers based on their activity and offer targeted contents accordingly.

In the short term, this info is provided in the .csv user export, but it’s not scalable to provide this daily.
Nokia has devs with GitHub access, anything fancy they can do to get this info without breaking everything?
Or is this simply a waiting for product thing?
They are less likely to be open to chargeable custom work or custom exports - they are looking for a way for their devs to do this themselves.
