Onshape is pulling info from our API and sending it to Zendesk and Salesforce. In Zendesk they have a User Stats window that shows intel like: # posts, Membership status, ticket source(Marked as Vanilla)

In Salesforce they have used community activity metrics to calculate a Helpfulness index: This is based on Personal user activity factored over the baseline activity of the entire community. They, then use these metrics to define a target activity metric which allows a user to have a different role i.e identify brand advocates.
