New hire: Ryan Perry

Our new data migration developer, Ryan Perry starts at Vanilla today. He's based here in Michigan, about 5 minutes outside Detroit, which makes him our second remote developer. (We're just a few employees shy of a Detroit office now, basically. ;) )

Ryan and I worked together at my last job at a web agency. He was the other primary PHP developer & sysadmin, and took over my job when I left. This job sounded right up his alley and I'm super excited to get away from migrations have him here. :D
