Facebook App Review Not Needed for Facebook Social SSO
Facebook is good at scaring people, especially as they have been sending red notices and warnings about app permissions. There is an August 1st requirement for Facebook App review, but I thought I would point out that our current Facebook SSO does NOT require a review process for any customer. We are not asking for any permission beyond the standard.
Apps can access only a user's name, email address, and profile picture without App Review. All other permissions will require review by Facebook.
