Product Feedback from Live2D & Cybernoids
I have been following up with my existing customers that have been assigned to me and asking if there is anything they need and if they have any type of feedback on the platform and company.
Here is what was sent to me...
- Putting YouTube videos is a bit confusing.
- Putting image files and the way thumbnails appear can be better.
Very difficult to paste codes in the comment. Embedding Github or adding line # would be ideal:

The code thing I think can be fixed if you enable Syntax Prettifier.

Can they be more specific here? Do they understand that embedding YouTube just involves pasting the link?

I run into this (youtube) issue, on my forums. I think most people don't realize they can just paste the link. This is more an education issue on the part of the community owner.

@linc It works. The main issue I see is people add the youtube link, as an href (using the link icon in the adv. editor) so the video does not embed.

We should account for that, then. We already accommodate pasting an embed code. If the contents of the anchor tag are the same as the href, embed instead.
