Seeing the Meeting Room Calendars

There are now three meeting rooms. Make sure you add the appropriate meeting room to your meeting. You can also see what rooms are being used by adding them to you Google Calendar. Want to know how? Check out the below screenshots.

Go to your Calendar-Browse Interesting Calendars

Go to the more tab and click on Vanilla Forums.

Subscribe the rooms you want to see (I suggest subscribing to them all)

Meeting Rooms as follows:

  • Large Conference Room (Big Table)
  • Med Meeting Room (blue room)
  • Dev Meeting Room (next to the servers)
