Everyone at Vanilla should be able to describe what we do and what makes us stand out in less than 30 seconds. Our product does so much that it's hard to condense it down to a few sentences. I'd encourage you to put together a solid elevator pitch or memorize this one:
Vanilla makes cloud-based community forum software that helps companies better engage their customers and improve customer service.
We work with hundreds of the world's top brands. They choose to work with us because their customers find it easy to use, it integrates seamlessly with their website and because we provide a world class level of service.
I wanted to bring this up since our developers will be representing us at ConFoo in a few weeks. :chuffed:
