Holiday Housekeeping 2021
It's the end of the year, which is a good time to take care of some housekeeping so we can start 2022 strong.
Zendesk Clean-Up
Everyone should have a new view in Zendesk now:
These are issues that are in some kind of 'Not Solved' status. Filter this so you're seeing the oldest issues first, verify if something is still a bug or not, and if it's not then tell the client and close it out. If the bug still exists, make an internal note of it in the issue, then leave it in the current status.
I'm going to be super liberal with applying the 'No CSAT' macro to anything older than 2 months, so just let me know

Create drafts for each of these subjects using Word (keep within Sharepoint) and update each git issue below with a link when you're ready for a review. Do your best to keep with the same format as other KB articles.
