Not so much training as an overview of things to keep in mind if you're asked to take on a premier support client.
I still have concerns around the program, but this document does help build a foundation so new premier agents 1) know what to expect and 2) have an idea of how they should prepare.
This feels far from done - are there concerns you have about this program that we can address? Potential issues about working with clients? Around preparation or prioritization? I want to build this out and maybe make a few adjacent training docs that go into some aspects with more detail.
