    @Kevin Maida, those other editors that you listed should be counted under 'Advanced Editor.' Let me know if you think it'd be worthwhile to specify that data even more. These fields are customer facing, so my thought is that we should avoid creating an inquiry list that is too extensive so clients don't get frustrated when trying to make a ticket.
