Issue: Site Loads To Blank Page - TranslationsApi / Site Translator plugin

Recently, we've seen an issue where some sites have loaded to a blank page.

It does not matter what role you're logged into - even as the System user, it is blank:

This appears to be tied to a translation error that's occurring. Current solution is to turn on the 'Site Translator' plugin:
