Coronavirus update (6) Flex-time Policy - March 17, 2020
Hi everyone,
With recent school closures, we understand how tough it will be for parents to maintain their regular schedules while looking after their kids. We want to be as accommodating as possible and support those who may have a lot more to juggle right now.
For all Vanilla moms & dads, if you are unable to work effectively within your normal work schedule, please feel free to flex your time and days as much as is needed to fulfill your responsibilities. There is no need to make a formal request, just inform those who need to know like your manager and teammates.
If flex time still leaves your workload unmanageable, please speak to your manager or HR and we will find a solution.
For anyone requiring personal time during business hours to make necessary preparations for themselves and their families, please plan ahead as much as possible and inform your manager. For all time-off requests, as usual kindly provide as much advance notice as you can.
