Unanswered Queue RSS Hack For Community Success
I noticed this an thought I would share. If you have a customer using Q &A, we all know there is an unanswered area, or tag in the sidebar like so:

I am sure you know when click on this, it also creates a page of unanswered posts, but did you know it also has an RSS feed?

So you just need to add "feed.rss" to the end of /discussions/unanswered/ in the url
How does that help?
You can then use IFTTT.com or Zapier to send an email when a new unanswered question gets added to the community.
Hope you find it handy ![]()

I just learned Lithium has this feature baked in. Atleast we have a workaround

@Adrian I suggested this to Automic but they get a strange log in pop up when you are a guest and try to do https://community.automic.com/discussions/unanswered/feed.rss
Other groups like https://communities.opentext.com/forums/discussions/unanswered/feed.rss or
https://community.cireson.com/discussions/unanswered/feed.rss do not give such a warning.I wonder if it's something very specific to Automic's setup. I know that for RSS it has to be viewable by a guest but I can see the Unanswered list as a guest on their forum. Any idea why that might be?

Notice that every RSS feed on their site currently does this. That is a server-level password (e.g. htpassword) not a Vanilla permission restriction.
