If there’s a critical emergency requiring a developer and you can’t otherwise get ahold of anyone on Slack, you can directly ping these people to look at issues on their specified days. 

Lets do our best to try to de-escalate clients whenever we can during vacation times. A site down or broken search is one thing, but no reason to pull someone from vacation because of some weird read/unread formatting issue or something like that. Best judgement, etc.

    For the Product Team:

    • Val will be off December 16th - January 4th
    • Todd will be off December 21st - January 4th

    All feature requests, estimates and roadmap questions should be able to wait until January 5th.

    For Team Supreme:

    • Most of the developers are taking some well earned time off this month.
    • 2-3 devs will be available during the non-stat days.
    • If anything requires attention from TS please still go through our support process
    • Support or the ICB dev on rotation can flag a TS dev in #dev-support or #dev-team-supreme
