New Launch Client Checklist

I created a New Launch form for CSMs to fill out in the event that they aren't going to be around to handle a client (vacation, weekend, holiday etc). You can see it here: https://forms.gle/n1U6VWKU2BCdi4Dn8

I've added all Support Agents as collaborators on it.

This will give you the ability to add or edit questions (you should probably clear any additions with Laura), but also give you the ability to see responses.

Google Forms gives us a few ways to view responses, but for our purposes, the 'Individual' format is the only one that we'll need to use. There are arrows that let you flip between different responses - it's all pretty self-explanatory.

By default, you will not get email notifications of new responses. To switch those on, click the three vertical dots here:

And make sure 'Get Email Notifications' is checked off:

If you have a few minutes, go through the process of submitting some test answers (https://forms.gle/N4vDYGKJFQ2dfFTn6), make sure you get the email notification after it goes through, check the responses in the form and then delete it.
