Anybody need an apartment?!

Hey Everyone,

I will be moving out of my apartment because for some reason my girlfriend wants to live with me (#prayforkatie) and so we've found a new place together.

As such, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from January 1 (Some flexibility on the move in date).

It's a spacious and bright 4 1/2 apartment in Petite-Patrie, directly across the street from the Beaubien Metro (Orange line). Prime Location!

I'll be posting the apartment on a few sites in the coming days but wanted to send a feeler out here first.

If anyone is interested or know someone who might be interested, let me know and I can share some pictures and more details about the apartment!
