Trying to disable Emojis in the Rich Editor

Working on this with @Kirstie Macfarlane.

A client doesn't want their community to have Emojis and I know this was done for the Juul community. Took a look at the config for Juul and they have the following line which I thought was interesting

Garden.Emojiset.none

Tried it on my demo but it does not remove Emoji's from the editor. Not sure what that config does now. Wondering if maybe I've set it up wrong, I basically copied it from Juul. Or maybe, there's another reason why the Juul community doesn't have emojis.

    Emoji Set is an old add-on that worked with the Advanced Editor. That config setting only disables that add-on. To hide the emoji picker you need to use CSS, either in a Pocket, or in Customize theme.
