R&D excused from morning meetings

R&D can skip sprint/standup meetings from now on.

If you have a question or blocker, you can show up to discuss - I'll still be in them with services. Derrick may also ask you to show up if there's a service-related task for you in the R&D queue.

We're going to meet at 2:30pm on the first day of each new sprint instead, starting tomorrow. It'll be a bit more of a general R&D meeting than just a task review.

Please think about whether you want to ask questions / discuss anything ahead of time. Please don't bring your laptop and search your sprint to figure out what's in it for the first time during the meeting. :awesome:

  • Review of last / new sprints
  • Release coordination
  • Planning further ahead
  • Any improvements we can make

    Training addendum: @slafleche please come to Monday sprint meetings til the end of the month so you're up to speed on what Adam is working on. :)
