Help Locale
Not able to change the Help locale string. Tested this on RedCapClouds staging site. I've made two locale changes. Categories to Community Forum which worked but changing Help to Knowledge Base hasn't worked. I was able to make this locale change before, but as of 2019.018 it's stopped working. Am I missing something here?

We had this come into Support in December (Support git: https://github.com/vanilla/support/issues/1208), and it looks like they changed the 'Help' locale to 'Help Menu' (this targets the 'Help' text in the bar with Categorie/Community Forum.
