Pagination shows pages without content.
The Problem.
Has this ever happened to you? You're scrolling through category that has 500 pages and by the time you get to page 55 you see "There are no discussions on this page."?
Wawa (that's the sad trumpet sound). This is due to the fact that we cache the number of discussions that can be found in a category in the category row of the database for quick reference and for calculating things like how many pages will be needed to display the category. This is a known problem that will be fixed. In the meantime CSMs and Support technicians can fix it whenever they see it.
The Fix.
- Log into the forum as System user.
- Type /dashboard/dba/counts in the address bar.
- You will see a big list of checkboxes. Check the ones that have the labels Recalculate
Category.CountDiscussions, RecalculateCategory.CountAllDiscussions, RecalculateCategory.CountComments, RecalculateCategory.CountAllComments - Press "Start".
If it is still not working, create a support issue.

@patrick_kelly you should make this a knowledge base article. Use the drop down menu on your post and you should be able to do it. Put it in the CSM one.
