    To clarify: currently new user registrations & new discussions are auto-posted to the Vanilla chatroom. It's still under active development so I'm sure more optional notifications will get added as I figure out what they should be.

    It's an ongoing side project for me. I do expect more features to follow; I've given it a version number lower than 1.0 (currently 0.2) because I don't regard it as complete yet for wider adoption. I'm open to suggestions, but mostly I'm just feeling it out as I use it and think of useful, non-spammy ways it can help a staff manage their community.

    For now, it's purely one way from forums to HipChat. That may change after APIv2 is ready.
