API support for Tags. GET and POST calls related to discussions that are tagged I suppose?

letgo was asking about troll addon API endpoint to use the API to mark a user as a troll.

ConradConnect.de (Corps) are doing a lot with badges via API.
They are looking for a way to pull a list of all badges that a particular user has received.
It doesn't seem to exist as an APIv2 endpoint (this info is not included when you get a user, and the .json has only the # of badges, not what those badges are).
FWIW, Oculus was discussing giving Vanilla badges based on Oculus in-game achievements, which would be built around our badge API endpoints, and I feel like if/when they moved forward on that, such an endpoint could come in handy.

Datorama is really really sad we don't have these analytics endpoints:
- Active users (Metric) - can be found on Analytics but couldn't find in the API documentation active users metric,
- Contributors (Metric) - can be found on Analytics but couldn't find in the API documentation contributors metric,
- Visits (Metric)
Any chance of these additional analytics making it onto the roadmap at some point?

I know that previously this was slated for 2.7 but didnt seem to make it in. 2.8 perhaps?

Would exposing reaction data via API apply to the votes in Ideation? I know for Spotify they want to be able to retrieve the data surrounding their ideation votes. We currently do this with a monthly custom query but I wonder if maybe an API call could be used at some point for a self-serve option.
