There is still a ton of random questions bouncing around in the backchannels of chat, where answers are lost forever. So rather than creating some insane internal ticketing system, here's a new strategy:
- Start a discussion here.
- Send the link to someone if you need their reply ASAP.
That'll surface it for everyone else, and we can start integrating with our Knowledge tool once it's online.
